Sadly for the moment Burgh Island Causeway apartments are closed to visitors, the club is closed. Various maintenance issues are quietly being dealt with etc. We haven't been able to visit ourselves since February when we installed the new Smart TV.

We hope that restrictions will be eased in not too long and limited life can continue, when the club will open is under consideration. But whatever happens social distancing measures and masks will be in place until vaccination is available.

Hopefully once vaccines are available to protect us from COVID-19 we can return fully to normal, but this looks to be a long haul.

Those of you who have booked the apartment in July & August should watch the Helpful Holidays website and our Facebook page to know what is happening. It would be nice to think that some restricted access would be permitted by then but nothing can be guaranteed. You will be able to transfer bookings to next year - which feels like a very long way away!
