Apartment 12, has sensational views to the south and west . It is wonderfully light, with a large, airy open-plan living/dining/kitchen and glazed doors to a balcony with a table, chairs and sun lounger. The bedrooms, at the rear, have lovely bath/shower-rooms. It is just a short walk through the club terrace from Bigbury-on-Sea's superb 'Blue Flag' sandy beach.

The bright, open-plan living space features oak flooring, sofas on which to relax and watch the smart TV, there is a dining area and a modern kitchen area. In the rear of the apartment you'll find the comfortable, en-suite bedrooms. The apartment has simple access - it's a short walk from a private dedicated parking space, a few steps down from the car park into
. The building (the same numeric code as the gate - clear first then the code, then enter) to the lift. You enter on floor 2, so down the stairs or use the lift to the first floor.

Within the same building are excellent leisure facilities and a restaurant. The views of the smooth washed yellow sand of Bigbury beach reaching to Burgh Island, are outstanding. The island's great pub, The Pilchard, is good fun to visit (long-legged sea tractor at high-tide).

The leisure facilities 'The Deck' are free for guests to use and open from 10am every day (except Christmas Day), this includes a fine indoor swimming pool (40' x 20' x 4'6"), spa-pool, well-equipped gym (treadmill, steps, cycles, Concept II Rower and other instruments of torture) and sauna (no children under 14 in gym). There are changing rooms, a shower and disabled loo.

  • Off road parking for one car in a reserved parking space - ours is marked Apt 12, as you enter through gate look in front of you to the left along the side of the Beach Shop. Second cars should be parked in a marked visitor space
  • There is a short flight of steps down to the rear of the block from the private gated carpark, you enter on level two and either walk down the stairs or use the lift to level one. The apartment is on the first floor and is all on one level.
