12 Burgh Island Causeway

With sat navs BIC is easy to find, and most of our guests have been before but here we can offer some guidance.
Follow the A38 from Exeter towards Plymouth, merge onto the A380 and the Devon Expressway
Take the A3121 exit towards Ermington/Modbury/Yealmpton/A379
Take B3196 and B3392 to Marine Dr in Bigbury-on-Sea
Turn left onto Kingsbridge Rd/A3121

Either
Continue to follow A3121 to Modbury by turning right at the roundabout, don't take the short cuts offered by your satnav, they are down very narrow Devon roads

Or
At the roundabout, continue straight onto B3196
Eventually turn right at the T junction and continue to Harraton Cross

Then
Continue onto B3392 at Harraton Cross crossroads, follow the road ahead - Bigbury on Sea signs You will pass the useful Holywell Stores (the nearest to BIC) in St Ann's Chapel, for milk, wine etc Continue and you will go around a corner at Folly farm and see Burgh Island at the bottom of the hill Follow the road and avoid entering the pay car park by staying right, turn left after the red phone box. At the gates enter the code that you have been given. The Apartment parking space is in front of you to the left.
